What is available
Portugal's European Heritage Days programme brings together guided visits, exhibitions, workshops, talks and special access at museums, monuments, archaeological sites and other cultural spaces. The 2026 theme is 'Revive, resist, reinvent'.
Activities are spread across the country rather than concentrated in Lisbon and Porto. The official calendar includes local options in every region and is updated as organisers confirm details.
