Plan the visit around the town, not only the stage
The venues and character change across the programme, so decide whether the priority is a concert, the agricultural fair, the walnut market or the municipal events. Check the final organiser notice before leaving because timings, access and weather arrangements can change.
Penela is a small town and the busiest periods can affect parking and the road home. Arrange a sober driver or another realistic return plan for a late night, and allow extra walking time between the parking area and the event.
