A 17-home development at Tabua
The building includes private parking, shared areas, a children's play area and green space. Its mix of T1, T2 and T3 homes is intended for the households selected through the relevant public-housing process.
The Presidency of Madeira says 163 of the 808 PRR homes remained to be delivered before this handover: 25 in Câmara de Lobos, 30 in Canhas and 108 in Funchal.
What the announcement does not change
A ceremony for named households does not reopen or decide another application. Applicants should continue to use the housing authority's official process and keep their household, income and contact details current.
Because this report precedes the event, any delay or change should be checked with IHM or the regional government rather than inferred from the planned time.
What you can do now.
- 01
Use IHM channels for an individual housing application.
- 02
Keep household and contact records current.
- 03
Check the official update if confirmation of the handover is needed.
