- A separate competition for about 140 nurses is planned for next year.
Recruitment is planned but not yet open
The regional health service announced the intended 2027 recruitment during a professional ceremony. It also said conditions are in place for a competition to promote 77 nurses to specialist grade.
No application deadline, definitive number of posts, pay table or eligibility file for the 140-post plan has yet been published. Those details only become reliable in the formal notice.
Use the official careers notice as the trigger
Prospective applicants can prepare professional registration, qualifications and employment records, but should not pay an intermediary or relocate on the strength of the announcement alone.
Monitor SESARAM's employment page and the official notice. Check whether a competition is open to external applicants, the required Portuguese professional registration and the exact workplace and contract terms.
