- The regional programme is scheduled for 23–30 September.
- More than 60 activities are planned.
- The announcement describes free activities offered by the sports directorate and partners.
- Session-specific registration, capacity and suitability still need checking.
What is planned
Madeira's regional sports directorate and partners are organising activities under seven daily themes. Schools, clubs, municipalities and other organisations are involved, so sessions may take place at very different kinds of venues.
The announced 3,300 participants is a programme figure, not a promise of open places at every session. The practical choice is a specific activity at a specific location and time.
How to join responsibly
Check the current regional programme for age limits, equipment, booking and weather-dependent changes. Ask an organiser about accessibility or a health limitation instead of assuming a general fitness event suits everyone.
For outdoor sessions, bring water and match the activity to the conditions. Participation does not replace personalised clinical advice when a person has a relevant medical concern.
