Archived 12 September 2026The project adds to the future affordable-rental pipeline, but no application window or move-in date has been announced.
- The approved scheme contains ten T3 homes.
- The reported investment is about €2.9 million.
- Design approval comes before procurement, construction and allocation.
Approval is an early delivery milestone
An execution design provides the technical basis for later procurement and construction. It does not mean that homes are complete, available to view or open for applications.
The future allocation rules, rents, income limits and documentation must come from the municipality or responsible housing body when the programme reaches that stage.
Avoid premature applications and deposits
Interested households can monitor official municipal housing channels and keep normal documents current, but should not send personal files or money to anyone claiming early access.
A genuine application will identify the authority, eligibility rules, deadline and submission method. Until then, continue planning against current housing options.
What you can do now.
- 01
Monitor Esposende's official housing notices.
- 02
Do not pay or submit documents for an unannounced application.
- 03
Assess current housing needs independently of the future project.
