Two overnight work areas

Partial resurfacing between Nó de São Paio de Arcos and Nó da Avenida Robert Smith is due to begin tonight on Avenida Miguel Torga and Avenida Dr. Francisco Salgado Zenha. The announced work window is 20:00 to 07:00 over an estimated 60 days.

A second work area covers Rua de São Martinho and access to Avenida António Macedo, with a 21:00 to 06:00 window and an estimated 90-day duration. Some daytime constraints may remain.

02

Plan for the current phase, not the maximum duration

Durations are estimates and the closed section can change as the work advances. Weather, construction conditions and municipal traffic management may alter a particular night's arrangement.

Follow signed diversions and leave space for emergency vehicles. A navigation app may lag behind a new closure, so use the current municipal notice and road signs for the final decision.

WHAT TO DO NEXT

What you can do now.

  1. 01

Check Braga's current traffic notice before an evening journey.

  2. 02

Allow extra time and follow signed diversions.

  3. 03

Keep access clear for emergency vehicles and local residents.
