Archived 12 September 2026The tender is a network-investment step, not confirmation that a particular home can connect. Street-level timing and connection terms require municipal confirmation.
- The contract period is stated as 720 days.
- Tender submissions are due by 21 December 2026.
- The municipality aims to bring sanitation coverage to at least half of homes and may seek up to 85% EU co-financing.
Seven lots, one wider coverage objective
Dividing the work into lots allows several local interventions to proceed through the same procurement. The base value excludes VAT, and final awards can differ from the aggregate ceiling.
A 720-day contract term begins under the awarded contract conditions; it should not be read as a guaranteed connection date for every address.
Confirm the property-level position
Owners should ask whether their street and parcel fall within a lot, when local works are expected and what private connection work or charges may apply. Planning a renovation on a presumed sewer connection is risky without written confirmation.
During works, traffic and access arrangements can change. Follow municipal notices and the contractor's authorised local information once contracts are awarded.
What you can do now.
- 01
Ask the municipality whether a specific address is inside the project.
- 02
Request written connection and cost information before building work.
- 03
Follow procurement and later works notices for local timing.
